Ray's unwavering commitment to improving the lives of those with I/DD was nothing short of extraordinary. He played a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success, leaving behind an indelible mark with his remarkable contributions. Among his many achievements, Ray spearheaded the construction of two 16-bed homes that have provided safe, nurturing environments for countless individuals in need.
