Payment Obligations: Any payments due for your participation in the Green Country Balloon Festival must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our vendor agreement. Failure to adhere to these payment obligations may result in your removal from the festival without any refund. 4. Compliance with Festival Rules and Regulations: You agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by the Green Country Balloon Festival for vendors, including but not limited to setup and teardown schedules, booth space allocation, and safety guidelines. 5. Insurance and Permits: It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain any necessary insurance coverage, permits, licenses, or certifications required for your participation in the festival. The Gatesway Foundation is not responsible for verifying or providing any such documentation.
