Gatesway is a non-profit Oklahoma agency that provides opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Services are provided throughout Northeastern and Central Oklahoma. Gatesway was founded in 1963 by Helen Gates to provide alternatives for persons with intellectual disabilities; like her son Ronnie, who was born with Down syndrome.

Gatesway’s goal is to assure all people served acquire the living skills, vocational skills, and social skills necessary to become a vital part of their community. Our ultimate goal for those we serve is to see each individual reach a level of independence which no longer requires services from Gatesway.
