What is Gateway Adult Day Center?

The Adult Day Center is a day program designed to provide daily supports and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities. Our program supports the development of friendships and overall quality of life. Each person is encouraged to participate in a variety of activities. Our staff promote inclusion along with choices in educational, recreational, and social activities. Our Goal is to help individuals by providing a safe, protective, and enjoyable setting in which they can participate in various activities at their leisure.

The Adult Day Center Provides:

Music Therapy
Arts & Crafts
Fun & Games
Exercise
Community Activities/Awareness
Circle of Fun (ask about it)
Socialization
Safe Environment
And LOTS OF FUN.

Medication Administration
Monitoring

Snacks and Lunch are provided daily.

Eligibility Requirements:

The services at the Adult Day Center are designed for adults 18 years of age or older with developmental disabilities.

Fees:

For those meeting financial eligibility requirements, state funding is available through divisions of Oklahoma DHS. Private pay available. Please contact the Director for further details.

8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Caring Staff

Decide what you want from an Adult Day Center then come and visit. Let us show you show you around. If you have any questions we will be glad to sit down with you and make the transition from home to the Adult Day Center and easy one.

Full and part-time staff including the director and direct-care professionals on-site. Access to registered nursing, registered dietician and other professionals have been trained to work with people with developmental disabilities and senior adults following DDSD guidelines.

No appointments necessary. Our caring staff are waiting to serve you.
